I’m a former showgirl turned serial entrepreneur, small business advocate, TEDx Speaker and proud co-founder of Tacotarian, an award-winning plant-based Mexican restaurant with a mission to make plant-based living more accessible, inclusive, and (most importantly) delicious.

With 15+ years of experience in the food, beverage, and pet care industries, I’ve built brands from the ground up, scaled teams, exited a business, and now lead a growing plant-based food company expanding into franchising and retail. From launching shelf-stable taco fillings to opening restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip and beyond, I bring a marketing-first mindset, a love for operations, and a get-it-done attitude to everything I do.

As a small business marketing expert, I help brands find their voice and connect with their audience through storytelling, strategy, and digital tools—including AI. I also proudly serve as the Advocacy Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Southern Nevada and Vice President of the Nevada SPCA, where I use my platform to push for policy change and protect those without one.

At the core of my work is a passion for creating impact, through food, through advocacy, and through helping other entrepreneurs thrive. I believe that being a strong, outspoken woman in business is a balancing act: be confident, but not too confident. Be passionate, but not too emotional. And all the while, keep imposter syndrome in check and keep going anyway.

Let’s grow, let’s disrupt, and let’s make the world a little better.
